Rocky Tilson

Rocky Tilson
World Class Weightlifter

Rocky Tilson is a world class weightlifter who has competed—and dominated—in events such as the American Powerlifting Committee National Championships America's Cup, held at the University of Georgia campus. At that particular event, he lifted over 800 kilos—almost 2,000 pounds!

In June 2008 Tilson returned from U.S. Nationals with a bronze medal. Even though he was injured on his opening lift, he still finished and won a nomination for the World Championship Team. This team will be competing in two upcoming competitions—England in September, and Germany in October.

Last year Tilson won the gold medal at the 2007 USA Powerlifting Nationals in Atlanta and the silver medal in the 2007 GPC World Powerlifting and Bench Press Championships in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Tilson attributes much of his success and recent accomplishments to drinking TAHITIAN NONI® Juice. “While using TAHITIAN NONI Juice as part of my diet, I attempted my heaviest squat in training of all time—taking 1,000 lbs and walking with it before squatting. That's a lifetime best.

“I feel that being in my 40s, still competing at the world level and able to push up to 1,000+ lbs in the squat, is all that's necessary to say that my body benefits from drinking TAHITIAN NONI Juice. I never even attempted such heavy weights prior to taking TAHITIAN NONI Juice. The word 'amazing' simply does not do this product justice. Drinking TAHITIAN NONI® Juice has been wonderful for me!

“TAHITIAN NONI Juice helps me recover faster. Just getting up in the morning and not being tight is amazing.

“Besides having greater mobility, I've noticed that my volume training with lifting heavy weights has dramatically increased. Normally I train with my team 2–3 hours several times per week. By the second hour I feel a substantial drop in energy and overall strength endurance. What I've noticed is that my staying power (endurance with heavy loads) has increased dramatically. I'm not sure if it's due to increased circulation or just overall better oxygen efficiency, but the effect is very noticeable. My overall volume is surpassing even younger lifters in their 20s—which confuses them and makes me smile!
'It's funny; I've noticed that my 900+ pound squatting has gotten decidedly more consistent. Even in the past, I've never had the stamina to do a 900 pound squat more than a few training sessions. Now, it has become standard and simply amazes my teammates.”

”I want to personally thank the fine people at Tahitian Noni International for their support of my efforts and for a product that seems to keep doing amazing things for me. The one thing I’ve continued to do is to keep TAHITIAN NONI Juice with me all the time, including at the competition at the U.S. Nationals. There is no question regarding the health benefits of this product. Even after several situations regarding my health, I was still able to prevail. I plan on drinking it every day.”
