How do I become a distributor?
You should work very closely in becoming a distributor with
the person who introduced you to Tahitian Noni.
This person will be your “personal sponsor” and will help you through
the sign-up process. After your sponsor has helped you to fill out your
Distributor Application, he or she should contact a DOW. You will be asked by a
DOW to pay sign up fee. You will also need to bring your passport or driver’s
license (depending on the requirements for your country). Your distributor ID# will appear on the
reports of your sponsor within a couple of days of your info and forms being
submitted to the DOW.
Why do I have to signup through a DOW?
All signups, orders, and commission payments are facilitated through DOWs in TNI Access-operated countries. To find out more about DOWs please click on the DOW Info link in the upper right of this page.
What is the difference between PPP and the Autoship option offered in other countries?
Distributors in TNI Access-operated countries can become Case Autoship qualified and enjoy all of the benefits applicable to this program by enrolling in the Previous Purchase Plan (PPP). This means that the distributor agrees to purchase one case of Tahitian Noni® juice or liquid dietary supplement per calendar month to maintain their Case Autoship qualification.
Who should I contact with questions about my commission check?
Inquiries regarding commissions should be directed to the Tahitian Noni International Commissions Department: commissions@tni.com. If you are expecting a check please contact your Distributor-Operated Warehouse before contacting the Commissions Department. TNI Access does not have detailed information on check amounts or specific commission periods.
I do not see a specific country on your development list. What can I do to help?
TNI Access takes great care in selecting candidate countries for development. We choose countries based on population, purchasing power, distributor interest, economic/political stability, and proximity to countries operated by TNI and TNI Access. Our development list is approved annually by TNI’s Board of Directors. If you would like to express interest in a market that is not currently in development please email countryinterest@tni.com. Your expression of interest will be considered when TNI Access compiles its development list for the following year.
Why does it take so long to open a country?
Development of a new market requires careful preparation and planning. TNI Access must ensure that all governmental requirements, registrations, and regulations are addressed properly. Some countries require more time than others due to different stipulations set by the local governments. TNI Access does not publish approximate opening dates for new markets because there is no uniform timeline to predict when operations will begin. Updates regarding the status of each country will be published on the News and Markets pages.
Can I return product I have purchased through TNI Access?
TNI Access acts on behalf of Tahitian Noni International independent distributors to purchase TAHITIAN NONI® juice or liquid dietary supplement and provides shipping to Distributor-Operated Warehouses for pickup. TNI Access cannot accept returns of unwanted product except in cases of questions of quality or first-time purchasers who are not satisfied. See a local Distributor-Operated Warehouse for details. If you live in India, Belgium or Italy, please contact generalinquiries@tni.com.
What is the retail price?
Due to the nature of operations in TNI Access-operated countries, all purchases are for personal use only; therefore, there is no retail price for any TNI Access-operated country and no retailing or reselling is allowed.
Can I use TNI Access to ship product into any country?
TNI Access only ships to countries that have been designated and have established Distributor-Operated Warehouses (DOWs) or an established individual shipment procedure. To find out what countries TNI Access operates in, click on the Markets link. To find out which countries have DOWs or are eligible for additional DOWs, click on the DOW List link. Shipment into any country not operated by TNI Access or Tahitian Noni International is specifically prohibited in TNI's Distributor Policy Manual.
Can I sign someone up in another country?
Because of TNI’s seamless system, distributors can sign up contacts in any other country operated by TNI or TNI Access. For sign-up procedures and requirements, please see the How to Do Business information for the specific country of interest.
How do I sign up a new distributor in a TNI Access-operated country?
Please see the country-specific ‘How to do Business' document for information on signing up new distributors in your country of interest. The HTDB document will be among the documents at the bottom of the page if you select your country of interest from the 'Choose a Market' list.
How do I secure sponsorship of new distributors in my downline?
In order to avoid any discrepancies with distributor sign-ups, the personal sponsor can submit a copy of the completed distributor application to TNI Access for filing purposes at (fax) 801-852-5108 or at dafiles@tni.com prior to the candidate distributor submitting his/her documents to the DOW. This is for filing purposes only; the distributor will not be signed up until the information is received from the DOW. If there are discrepancies once the distributor is signed up, TNI will apply the sponsorship of the earliest documentation to the distributorship.
