Josefin Lillhage

Olympic Finalist and World Champion Freestyle Swimmer

Josefin Lillhage was born in the sign of Pisces and loves water. There is simply no other sport than swimming that is more natural to her.

She started to compete when she was eight years old. When she was 14 she was competing on the elite level and at 15 was on the Swedish national team. Since then she has had great success.  In 2004, Josephine was one of the best swimmers in the world. She was one of the finalists in the Olympic Games, won the World Championship, earned the European Championship title, and achieved the European record.

Josefin’s training is extensive and requires a lot of hard work.  Take a look at how extensive her weekly training regimen is:

Monday: Two training sessions of swimming, the first between 8–10 in the morning and the other one between 5–7 p.m. Between that she has two hours of strength training. A day like this she doesn’t have much time to do anything else than to rest and eat between the training sessions.

Tuesday: Two training sessions of swimming, the first between 7–9 a.m. and the other between 4–6 p.m. she also does half an hour of stretching after the training sessions.

Wednesday: Like Monday, two training sessions of swimming and strength training.

Thursday: Same schedule as Tuesday.

Friday: Same schedule as Monday and Wednesday.

Saturday:  Free day, unless there is a competition.

Sunday: 1-2 training sessions, or a competition

Josefin first came in contact with TAHITIAN NONI™ Juice in 2002. Since that time the juice has become a part of her training and competing.

”It is hard to do things other than training on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On these days I have three training sessions a day. Tuesdays and Thursdays I have two sessions a day. Then I try to do other things like seeing my family, friends, shopping and going to the movies. But swimming is my job and I take pleasure in working for something that is fun to do. I am very satisfied with my life at the moment and I know that I will not be able to do this for the rest of my life. I love to be a full time swimmer.”

”TAHITIAN NONI™ Juice is a matter of course towards new titles and new records. I drink the juice every day and keep up with my high level of training.” says Josefin.
