When it comes to living an active lifestyle, Holly and Mike Semanoff wrote the book. In addition to bodybuilding, they are fitness fanatics, rock climbing enthusiasts, triathlon competitors, and skydiving contestants. They both believe in being active outside of the gym atmosphere and prefer to be in nature and to use their physical abilities to enjoy life.

Holly is a certified yoga instructor and a figure competitor. She teaches yoga at Utah Valley State College, Novell, and the Yoga Studio. She is the NGA Northwest overall figure champion and has recently qualified to compete at the professional level Holly also recently won the 2005 NPC Utah Gold Cup.

By day, Mike is a microbiologist and skydive freefall photographer. He also recently took first place in the heavy weight division at the NGA Northwest Natural Bodybuilding Championships and was a Top 10 finisher in the Utah Summer Games Triathlon event.

Holly and Mike have placed in several competitions and been featured in magazines such as Ironman, Fitness & Physique, and Steele Jungle. In addition to their daily physical activities, they also enjoy swimming, paragliding, archery, and backpacking.

Holly and Mike know the importance of being physically fit. In their active lifestyle they push themselves to the limit, and sometimes beyond.
