Our Refunds Policy
This page describes how we calculate refunds. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. Please ensure that you give written notice of your intention to cancel a purchase.
Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
At TNI UK Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you as a Retail Customer are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Only one opened and used container per product type will be refunded (excepting up to one full case of TAHITIAN NONI™ Juice).
Retail Customers who purchased the products through an Independent Product Consultant must first contact the Consultant for the return to ensure the correct procedure is followed for product returns. All monies paid will be refunded by the said Consultant unless the item was purchased directly from the TNI UK Ltd. Any retail customer who follows the above procedures and is not promptly refunded by the Consultant who sold them the product may contact the TNI-UK Credits Department (if the shipping address is in the UK or Ireland) or the local sales affiliate (if the shipping address is elsewhere) to resolve the matter.
How Refunds Are Calculated
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you have received an item that is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and we will send a duplicate item to you at no extra cost to you. If you have accepted the delivery and find that the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please notify us within 5 working days of receiving the item and we will send a duplicate order or correct order out to you where we are reasonably satisfied that the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. TNI UK are unable to refund the cost of shipping arising from returning the item.
If you have received an item that has been sent in error, please refuse the delivery. If the order has been accepted, please return it to us immediately and we will refund you in full.
Retail Customers Returning Items within the cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days from the day the item is delivered.
In addition, residents of the United Kingdom have 9 working days from the day the goods were delivered and 14 days from the date of the order in which to cancel the contract. The cancellation period will depend on whichever is the later date between the two.
The customer must give written notice or notice in any durable medium, available and accessible to TNI UK Ltd, of his/her intention to cancel the purchase.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
- where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
- where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred
Retail Customers returning items under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 9 and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item.
Independent Product Consultants returning items under the one year guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 30 and 365 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will partially refund the cost of the item only if it is returned to us in a saleable condition. Refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery Costs
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
