Q: Is the "Do Something Good" program a non-profit foundation?
A: No, it is an initiative instituted by Tahitian Noni International, in conjunction with Morinda, Inc., to improve the lives of the children and people of Tahiti.
Q: Will there be administrative costs taken from the donations?
A: No. 100% of your donation goes toward goods and services. No administrative fees are involved.
Q: How will I know what is happening with my donated funds?
A: TNI will periodically post updates on TahitianNoni.com. We will also provide updates at our regional and global events, and we will issue a yearly "Corporate and Social Responsibility" report.
Q: Who will decide where the funds should be spent in Tahiti?
A: Under the direction of TNI's board of directors, the company's senior management in Tahiti will make the final determination, as they will be the closest to the situation.
Q: What programs will the "Do Something Good" initiative focus on?
A: The four main areas of focus for 2007 will be: computers for schools in Tahiti; textbooks for school children and books for school libraries in Tahiti; scholarships for Tahitian students attending college; assistance to orphanages in Tahiti - food, clothing, and basic necessities.
Q: Why focus the efforts on Tahiti? Why not other parts of the world as well?
A: The founders of TNI have always felt the islands and people of Tahiti have been a major contributor to the good the company has been able to accomplish. It is therefore our privilege and responsibility to give back to the people of Tahiti.
