Alexandr Pyatkov, Russian national actor
Alexandr Pyatkov is a well-known name in Russia, having achieved Russia’s highest acting title of national actor. Alexandr is also famous for his acts in theatre and in over 150 movies. He starred in the lead role of Dersu Uzala, the 1975 Oscar-winning Best Foreign Language Film.
After graduating from Schepkin theater college in 1972, Alexandr acted for many Russian theaters, including Satire Theatre from 1972 to 1974, Kinoactor Theatre from 1974, and Small Russia Theatre from 1997.
Alexandr is famous for his sense of humor and is very active in his work and life. Sometimes he worked in more than eight movies during one year. He is also known for wonderful singing abilities.
