Charmayne James

World Champion Barrel Racer

Charmayne James became a World Champion Barrel Racer when she won her first title in 1984 at the age of 14, a title she continued to win for the next 10 years. Each title was achieved with the same horse: Scamper. Charmayne became a member of the Women’s Professional Rodeo Association in 1984, when she was awarded Rookie of the Year honors. She earned National Finals Rodeo qualifications for 19 consecutive years, also beginning in 1984. She was National Finals Rodeo (NFR) Average Champion seven times, and was inducted in the National Cowgirl Hall of Fame in Fort Worth, Texas in 1992. Charmayne and Cruiser won the 2002 WPRA World Championship along with Charmayne winning her 11th WPRA World Title.  Charmayne has been heralded by professionals across the world as “one of the greatest horse people of all times.”

Charmayne James is a firm believer in TAHITIAN NONI® Juice or, “The Juice” as she has come to call it for herself and her beloved horses. Charmayne is a health enthusiast and also a very active teacher and trainer.  Her clinics are known the world over for their invaluable information and unique insight that has contributed to her great success.

When Charmayne isn’t looking after her ranch and her growing family, Charmayne is busy on a number of exciting projects.  Charmayne is currently working on a nutritional and techniques book for barrel riders and has been working with New Line Cinema on the story of how she and Scamper came together.  She is gearing up for another exciting season of training clinics and telling her amazing story.

Charmayne won 10 World Championships with Scamper, unquestionably one on the greatest horses in Equestrian History.  After years away from the rodeo circuit many said that her World Titles were a fluke from her relationship with Scamper.  Charmayne knew they were wrong.  Working with a new horse, Cruiser, Charmayne was determined to prove them wrong.  Year after year she came just short of winning the world Championship.  She knew Cruiser just needed that extra edge to increase his performance.

In search of a solution, Charmayne heard from a friend about the incredible properties of TAHITIAN NONI Juice.  After using the juice herself, Charmayne began giving it Cruiser in his feed.  Cruiser’s focus and performance improved.  Charmayne and Cruiser went on to win every competition up through her 11th world title.  'TAHITIAN NONI Juice helped Cruiser and me win my 11th world title. Cruisers overall health and attitude improved on the juice. He was much more able to handle the stress that comes with rodeoing because of his improved appetite and the pain relieving qualities. TAHITIAN NONI™ Equine Essentials™ is a much better approach to your horses health and longevity no matter what kind of horse you have” she said.
