Before you may use Copyrighted Materials, you must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use any photos, art, media, text, or other materials created by Tahitian Noni International. This license may be revoked at any time by Tahitian Noni International at its sole discretion.

1. Limited license. Copyrighted Materials are licensed, not sold, by Tahitian Noni International for your limited use within the parameters of this License. Except for the limited uses authorized by this License Agreement, Tahitian Noni International reserves all rights, and forbids unauthorized use of the Copyrighted Materials.

2. Limited uses and restrictions. This License allows you to use the Copyrighted Materials for media and non-profit purposes. This License does not allow you to use the Copyrighted Materials for promotion of any products or services other than TAHITIAN NONI® products. This License does not allow you to permit others (with or without a fee paid to you) to re-copy the Copyrighted Materials.

3. Duration of License. This License is effective during the term of your distributorship with Tahitian Noni International or until revoked. Such revocation may occur by notice given publicly and privately. Upon termination of the License you shall destroy all copies of the Copyrighted Materials.

4. Attribution of copyrights. Licensee shall attribute the ownership of the Copyrighted Materials to Tahitian Noni International in a clear and non-ambiguous manner, which shall be done either by affixing the language: “©Tahitian Noni International, Inc. Used with permission. All rights reserved.” to each image, or to place on each page or webpage using Copyrighted Materials language substantially equivalent to: “Images and text owned by Tahitian Noni International, Inc. are used with permission. All rights reserved.” Failure to prominently display the foregoing language with Copyrighted Materials constitutes improper use beyond the scope of this Limited Use License.

5. Theft of materials. Use of Copyrighted Materials for any purpose unrelated to the promotion of TAHITIAN NONI® products and opportunities is strictly prohibited and constitutes theft, unfair competition, and breach of copyright laws.
