"THE LEGEND OF JOHNNY LINGO" FINISHES U.S. TOUR BIGGER THAN EXPECTED

CHRISTIAN AND CIVIC GROUPS PACK THEATERS
IN FINAL WEEKS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
January 25, 2004

Provo, Utah – The Legend of Johnny Lingo officially finished its U.S. tour last week to sold-out theaters across the nation. After 22 weeks, the show continued to sell out as Christian and civic groups came by the thousands before the closing of this great family film.

According to Innovation Film Group, the distributor for the movie, Johnny Lingo grossed over $712,000 in its final two weeks, showing in 68 theaters. “That’s over $10,000 per screen,” stated Mark Borde, president of Innovation Film Group. “In its final two weeks, Johnny Lingo did better than almost every other movie out there on a per-screen basis.”

When asked about the current success of the movie, Kelly Olsen, president of Tahitian Noni International (the company that financed Johnny Lingo), said, “We always knew that this was a great family movie. As we started targeting Christian, civic, and community groups, the movie did extremely well. In fact, over 100,000 people saw the movie in the final two weeks.”

Tahitian Noni International is the maker of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice, a healthy juice made from the fruit of the Morinda citrifolia, or “noni” tree. Noni has been known for thousands of years in the south Pacific for its medicinal qualities and was one of the prized plants carried in canoes by islanders as they colonized the region. In a bold marketing move, Tahitian Noni International financed The Legend of Johnny Lingo based on the fact that noni was one of the items that Johnny Lingo traded from island to island. “This was a great opportunity to share the benefits of noni with hundreds of thousands of people,” stated Olsen. “This was also a unique way for our distributors to share the story about TAHITIAN NONI Juice.”

Johnny Lingo has already been translated into Spanish, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and Hebrew, and will be released internationally within the next few months. The DVD is scheduled to be released by MGM in May.

Tahitian Noni International was founded in 1995 by Kerry Asay, Kim Asay, John Wadsworth, Stephen Story, and Kelly Olsen to be the exclusive source of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice, a natural healthy beverage, and other TAHITIAN NONI® products.
