RECORD SALES 12 MONTHS IN A ROW CREATE LARGEST YEAR IN COMPANY HISTORY
Provo, Utah – Tahitian Noni International announced record sales today for December 2003 of $42.5 million. The new record shatters the previous December’s sales and makes an amazing 12 months in a row that sales have been higher than 2002 totals.
“December 2003 started out faster than any previous month in company history,” stated Kelly Olsen, president of the company. “We had our largest beginning day, largest first week, largest second week, and it just continued right through to the end of the month. December has gone down in the books as the largest month in the largest year in company history.” This is especially amazing when you consider that typically, December is a slow month due to the holidays.
In 2003, Tahitian Noni International had some amazing accomplishments. Every month in 2003 exceeded the corresponding month from 2002. Every month in 2003 created a new record for that specific month. Tahitian Noni International posted record sales in March, May, July, September, October, November, and December, with each new record wiping out the previous one. They surpassed $2 billion in cumulative sales and $1 billion paid out to distributors. They also broke the company’s long-standing “2 second barrier.” Currently a bottle of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice is sold every 1.9 seconds, every hour, of every day, of every week around the world.
The continued increase in sales is attributed to many factors. The successful release of The Legend of Johnny Lingo in the United States has helped to increase distributor activity and to reactivate and reenergize the distribution network.
The Tahiti Trim® Plan 40™ weight management system has been the most successful launch of a new product in the company’s history, after TAHITIAN NONI® Juice.
European sales are exploding after receiving EU approval for the sale and consumption of TAHITHIAN NONI Juice, and TNI is opening new sales offices in Korea, England, and Germany. In South America, new markets have been opened in Brazil and Ecuador. And the Tahitian Noni Café in Japan is enjoying incredible success—so much so that plans are being made to bring cafés to the rest of the world.
“All of these have added to the continued increase in sales this year,” stated Olsen, “but will also continue to contribute to amazing growth next year as well.”
