MORINDA HOLDINGS, INC. ANNOUNCES NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Randall N. Smith Appointed as New CFO

PROVO, UTAH – Morinda Holdings, Inc. recently announced that Robert Hill, the current Chief Financial Officer of the corporation, is retiring from his post to pursue personal interests.  “Robert has been with the company since the beginning, and we will miss him deeply,” stated Kim Asay, a member of the Board of Directors of Morinda Holdings, Inc.  “Robert was not only a wonderful CFO, but is still a close personal friend.  We hate to see him leave, but we wish him the best.”

After an exhaustive search for his replacement, the Board of Directors of Morinda Holdings, Inc. announced the appointment of Randall N. Smith as Morinda’s new Vice President of Finance and CFO.  Morinda is the parent company of Tahitian Noni International, the developer and exclusive provider of the internationally acclaimed TAHITIAN NONI® Juice.

Randy Smith brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this position. He has spent the last 20 years with KPMG LLP and Andersen LLP, Salt Lake City, Ann Arbor, and Chicago. As a senior level executive he had responsibility for strategic planning and was in charge of delivering tax and business consulting services to numerous public and private companies.  He was also in charge of Andersen’s Ann Arbor tax practice for three years with responsibility for internal management of the tax division, consulting services to client companies, quality control, practice development, marketing, and relationship development.

Randy graduated from the University of Utah with a Juris Doctorate and also holds a degree in Accounting and Business Administration. He has served as an instructor on international business expansion and various tax and accounting topics at national training seminars for leading CPA firms. Randy has also been an instructor for the National Business Institute. He is an author of “Andersen’s Partnership Tax Training Course,” and author and editor of Andersen’s Tax and Business Publication, “Technology Forum.”
